* First, choose what form best represents your current situation.  The choices are Nuisance or Subletting, Lease Violation, Unlawful Detainer (holding property past vacancy date), Non-Payment of Rent or Notice to Vacate Property.

 

* Complete all areas of the form and submit.  You will receive an auto reply letting you know we are working on it.

 

* An invoice with a copy of the Court form will be emailed to you.  Once the invoice is paid, the Court form will be professionally served and posted at the front door by the Constable's Office.  We don't use process servers and the mail.  We use Law Enforcement personnel.
