Services Provided
Before any enforcement of the lease occurs, the State of Nevada requires legal notices to tenants be posted or served on the same day written. These notices must be professionally served on the tenant or posted in a conspicuous place such as a front door, front window or attached garage door. Simply mailing it (even certified) does not meet the requirements of the law. This matter is time sensitive and can result in a dismissal of the eviction if not handled right.
Our Eviction Team will provide these services for you. We use the Constable to professional serve our notices the same day.
A tenant who does not comply with the legal notice within the time given is subject to further action. As provided by State law, the Landlord may then move forward with the eviction. Although the law is the same for each county, the processing of legal documents and meeting protocols of each jurisdiction are different. A mistake with handling and introducing documents may result in a dismissal of the eviction.
Once the order is signed by the Judge, it is ready for enforcement. We quickly process the order with the Constable’s Office and ensure enforcement of the eviction is done swiftly. A final record and report of the eviction will be sent to you.

In the event a tenant appeals this process, our eviction team is ready to appear in Court on your behalf. We will provide testimony and supporting documents to defend your case.
